Crystal voice working in Loreto

I've been using my crystal voice again from downtown Loreto and its been working fine.

Prodigy/Telmex and Inphonex now working in Loreto. Not perfectly, but OK.
Just ran speed test, and upload is even slower than when it wasn't working at all. Maybe the VOIP provider has out teched Telmex ? for now.
