Sorry if this is old news...
But Saturday morning I had the happy moments driving high in the air above the TJ border.
Having watched that glacial pace of construction over the past few years, dodging the workers and doing a slalom around the emerging concrete pillars
I must admit I was quite unprepared for the great views and the ease of transit.
Couple months ago I headed in the same direction, the up-ramp was blocked and ended up wandering about in downtown before I finally remembered how to
find the libre to Rosarito.
After noting what a positive addition this has been, I still hearken back to posts I wrote a year or two ago.
That construction quality is iffy at best, scary at worst.
Let us hope that the next big temblor does not bring it down, like the 880 structure in Oakland 30 years ago.
