Referral for a real estate agent and/or attorney?

AKgringo - 7-26-2026 at 09:29 AM

I have not needed an attorney or agent, but I would start with asking the folks at Campestre Maranatha for a connection.

I believe one of the family members is an agent in that area, which may or may not be a good thing.

Edit; It might be that one of the family had real estate for sale, but may not be an agent.

Lencho: That particular group was recommended to us for legal issues as well by a long term expat resident , altho we never did get a chance to use them. We did use Diamante and a local ex Canadian realtor of theirs that did a very satisfactory job selling our place. Her long term experience of the various traps to avoid were helpful.

Attorney related to real estate, or other?

I've heard positive things about The Paper Chase. No personal experience.

Alba Walker at the Paper Chase is the best.
