I've never stayed there, but I've driven by it a bunch of times. I don't have any information about it.
Electricity in Mulege is usually OK, usually. But it is at the end of the extension cord from Santa Rosalia.

Arrived at Villa Maria, about 2 beers ago .
We are the only guests. Had to try several spots to find functional electrical service.
It was a humid 100°F rainy afternoon so a/c was high on my list.
I'll try cuesta real on rebound
