percherón de asada

There is a hot dog / hamburger vendor in Todos Santos who is also serving "percherón de asada." The literal translation of percherón is "draft horse," but as the vendor also sells "burro de asada," I'm guessing it's a large burrito. I've just never heard it described that way!

Good guess!

Google search results:

The Burro Percherón: In northern Mexico (especially Sonora), a burro percherón is a heavily popular, jumbo-sized variation of a burrito typically filled with charcoal-grilled meat, avocados, and cheese wrapped in a massive flour tortilla. People frequently shorten this to just "un percherón" when ordering.
