the adheasive is toluene base and is simular to contact cement but not the same ill need the toluene for preparing it and thinning the glue i dont think the airlines will even let me take the glue on the plane im pretty sure i can bring the Hypalon on the plane with no problem??

guess what?!

Hey...down there, you can find PVC glue. This will work perfectly. This glue is used for that white plastic pipe....

They are a marine hardware store don't make repairs, when are you coming down maybe I can get the stuff to loreto.

The hardware store is on the main street before you get right down town. They had many tins of chemicals which I was supprised to see in such a place. This store is on the right going into town, perhaps a fellow Nomad could check Good luck

Dont bother checking it in your luggage. A friend was bringing us some that plastic weld stuff to repair the spigot on one of our tenacas, and when he got here and opened his luggage there was a note saying that it was a banded chemical and had been confiscated.
He flew out of Oakland if that matters.
