Yea, they got it all planned, yada yada yada, eco-friendly, yada yada, sustainable, yadayadayada. Maybe they can sustain themselves long enough to
learn how to pronounce the town's name like the locals do.
But what do I know. I certainly didn't know sea turtles were marine mammals. I thought thet were some kind of fish.
