Bruce R Leech - 6-27-2005 at 07:45 AM

I have a Friend that knows a Man that had a girlfriend that had a real bad case of crudo. dose any one have a cure for this ailment?:o

Oso - 6-27-2005 at 07:53 AM

If you mean la cruda (as in la cruda realidad), menudo is still the #1 cure.

osoflojo - 6-27-2005 at 07:54 AM

Hair of the dog...........................

bajajudy - 6-27-2005 at 08:36 AM

Si pelo de perro
Pacifico comes to mind...

Capt. George - 6-27-2005 at 09:02 AM

just puke and start over ya wimp!

pokey - 6-27-2005 at 09:24 AM

Beer with Clamato juice ;D My favorite cura para la cruda

Bruce R Leech - 6-27-2005 at 10:00 AM

she has tried all of your suggestions and she says she is feeling better but her speech is begun to sluuuuur. what do we do now?:o

Ken Bondy - 6-27-2005 at 10:25 AM

Have her drink several Bloody Marys and stop talking.

1st best cure

jrbaja - 6-27-2005 at 11:32 AM

Cross country skiing.
2nd best cure, snorkeling in the Sea of Cortez!

Then more beer.

Cincodemayo - 6-27-2005 at 11:39 AM

Agree with Ken...Bloodies with Tobasco but make em doubles....Then a greasy cheeseburger and a nap. Back to normal in a few horas.

the thing that causes hangovers is....

capt. mike - 6-27-2005 at 02:51 PM

the act of stopping drinking. What you need to do is keep on drinking. Works for me every time.......

but if you chose to stop, red beers are the answer - TJ, BM mix, Clamato - whatever you can get - and don't spare the hot sauce!

and yeah.....a double double from in and out burger!!!!!!!!

screw it, i am going to leave work right now and get sober!

Debra - 6-27-2005 at 02:59 PM

I agree with JR (WHO SAID THAT!!!???)

There is nothing better for any ailment than a swim (best at night....and in the buff) than the Sea of Cortez!

Bruce R Leech - 6-27-2005 at 03:37 PM

I would kill for a a double double from in and out burger!!!!!!!!

Eli - 6-27-2005 at 03:50 PM

I gotta go with Debra and JR on this one, a dive into the Sea of Cortez is about as good as it is going to get.

Now, how do I get an In & Out burger? Man, if there is something I miss from the U.S., that would be it. Don't suppose they would deliver.........ah well, back to Mole tamales.

Cincodemayo - 6-27-2005 at 04:05 PM

Munchie endurance olympics...
On the way to Kern River...three double doubles, 3 fries, 2 large pink lemonades...wanted more...the younger days...

David K - 6-27-2005 at 04:13 PM

Cool (hot) avatar, cinco! :)

Cincodemayo - 6-27-2005 at 04:16 PM

Thanks David...Made sure it was different than yours...Don't want to play the copycat syndrome!

Bruce R Leech - 6-27-2005 at 04:21 PM

Now she is drifting in and out of conciseness. what next?:?:

Diver - 6-27-2005 at 05:10 PM

Sounds like it's time for the medical marijuana !

But, ya know, even I have to agree with JR; a good swim in the sun is the best !

Another fun thing to do when you are hung over or have the flu is to go scuba diving and feed the fish, they love pre-digested food !. Make sure you have a safety diver to keep an eye out for sharks that may go for the larger chunks !
GROSS !!

Me No - 6-27-2005 at 05:23 PM

What most of these suggestions imply is that getting drunk again will help stave off the ill effects of crudos. I concurr.

Bruce R Leech - 6-27-2005 at 05:35 PM

I think that is the problem. I think she is drunk again.:o

Soapy crud?

yeah, like me:lol:

and Bruce, you thought my firework post odd?

Isn't crudo something you get between your toes.

I was also told that it is the sauce that makes your much sought-after In & Out burgers so good!

I also think a swim is great therapy.

I did not say it was odd, I sade sounds like it is going to be a good story. but why do you make it a multi part soap opera?

I like your story . I cant wait for you to finish. what do you want me to say.

Sorry you don't like In and Out Bergers:lol:

we usually hit Burger King when we go back through L.A.:(ng

capt. mike - 6-27-2005 at 06:21 PM

Bruce, i could bring you some,
stop on the way to the airport fri - we are coming down for the 4th. but the thing is, it will be 4 hours, really 4.5 or so by the time i get them to serenidad figuring the 3 and a half hours total air time from phx, 30 min stop in MMGM, and 20 min from the in and out drive thru window to my plane at KDVT - so, they'd be maybe soggy. you could micro them i guess....:o

gee....all this talk is making me hambre!!

hummmmm.....i may go, there now, off I-5 in National City...curley fries...thick shake......:smug::spingrin:

Bruce R Leech - 6-27-2005 at 06:29 PM

Thanks a lote Mike but it wouldn't be the same . the thing that makes them special is every thing is prepared fresh. it would be a soggy mess by the time it got here. I'm going to be going to Colorado this summer. it will be the first time I have been in the U.S. in 3 years. I will get my fill then.

thanks again for the offer you are a good person.

Personally

jrbaja - 6-27-2005 at 06:41 PM

if agreeing with me is such a big deal, I suggest cutting down on so many replies on how to fix a hangover and take some serious comprehension courses!

I suspected as much!
