Just got news that the gas station in Santa Rosalia is CLOSED....
May affect Guerrero Negro and San Ignacio too...
Leaving for Mulege in the morning we'll check it out...
I'm bringing an extra can just in case

I just bought gas here in Mulege on the highway. the station is open and selling gas in town also but I noticed that they had some new big paper seals
on the pumps.
Santa Rosalia is only closed until they get more gas. maybe tomorrow.
This time of year the stations here in the county of Mulege can run out at any time. keep um full

The Pemex @ Los Barriles was out of Diesel 4 days ago also. Looks like a trend.

the gas station in los Barriles is often out of gas and diesal, the owners have a fleet of charter boats and they make sure that the boats are always
fueled. we need a new gas station here.

The Pemex in Sta. Rosalia had both gas and deisel las Wed. Watch out for the calculators they use. They tried to rip me off by messing with the pump
for 10 pesos and when he added the two totals together his calculator automatically added 50 pesos to the total. I watched as he entered the numbers
into the calculator three times in a row because I told him it was wrong and it added 50 pesos each time. He used another calculator and the amount
came out right although he did get me for a buck.
