Is Hotel San Buenaventura closed?

Greetings-
Does anyone out there know if Hotel San Buenaventura on Bahia Concepcion is closed? I've been e-mailing them and haven't got a response and can't seem to get anyone on the phone either.
We'll be down in September and thought this hotel sounded pretty good. If they're closed, can anyone recommend another hotel in the area?
