nice shot Ken are you shooting digital or film?

Ken Bondy - 7-14-2005 at 07:54 PM

Bruce
These are digital with a Fuji S2 Pro Fine Pix camera in a Subal housing with two Sea and Sea YS90DX strobes. For these nudibranch photos I used a Nikon 105mm lens, aperture priority, shutter speed 1/60th sec, apertures between f22 and f32.

Thanks Ken.....BEAUTIFUL!

Thanks Debra and msawin. It's a common California nudibranch (marine snail with no shell, also occasionally seen in the Sea of Cortez). Scientific name is Hermissenda crassicornis. I went into a little more detail in the other post "More Nudibranchs". They are really beautiful little animals.
