Don't take chances of getting heat stroke when your out in that summer heat. 
Get a couple those 1 inch bands at Longs that have the jell inside for your neck and forehead. They need to be soaked for a 1/2 hour before they
puff up but they will keep the sweat from dripping into your eyes and help keep you cooler.

I don`t know what you`re talking about (those 1" strips) but they sound a bit like Techni Ice!! And Techni Ice is definately cool! I`ll check these
new things out.
