I plan to do some diving in Puta Banda area but I'd prefer to stay in Ensenada. More nightlife and I believe, betterchoices re food and drink. Is
there public transport of any type operating between the two towns, and if so, where would I find it in Ensenada?

I also don't know any girls named Banda.
I'll have to agree with Hose A; probably easiest to take a taxi.

You guys are soooo much help!!! Live on the road to La Bufadora and just took
the "micro" from my house into Ensenada today. Easy and cheap. From downtown Ensenada just look for one of the buses that says Maneadero o Zorillo.
When you get to Maneadero at the second stop light, there is a sign pointing to La Bufadora. You need to take another bus (one of the blue ones) from
there to La Bufadora. The fare from Ensenada to Maneadero is 8 pesos. Am not sure all the way to La Bufadora from Maneadero but it's about the same
- cost me 7 pesos to go from Esteban Cant?. So if you want to have more of an adventure and pay a lot less, go by bus. Good luck.

LOL, Hose. I guess I could try to start a fight and make it more interesting.

The bus looks like an adventure. I think I'll try it.
Thanks for the info.

I used the "micro" a few times during my visit. It was great and added to the fun of my trip. The only problem I had was trying to find the right bus
stop in Ensenada but a gentlemen quickly pointed me in the right direction.
Buses were not crowded and I could have carried a bag or two without inconveniencing myself or others. Try it out.You can't beat the price. Endenada
to La Bufadora and return for 34 pesos!.
