Or, why the grupo gallenas delete their own posts. There has been a big issue regarding deleted posts on here. Many of the coop groupers have been
caught "streeeetching" the truth about theirs and others posts.
And then, they pretend that they never made the posts to begin with and ask for proof when it is brought up knowing full well that they made their
own posts go poof.
Reminds me of a certain annoying group in the 70s'. "Except now it's, "have you heard the word of the grupo gallenas today".
Polls, whining, u2u'ing each other for support. Sort of a cyber gringo enclave.Sharksbaja - 8-12-2005 at 01:43 PM
It isn't just them deleting. Whan a thread loses many pages what archive is there to back up claims made on the thread earlier. Not a level playing
field JR, especially when someone else deletes your thread.bajalou - 8-12-2005 at 01:54 PM
I you all got Google desktop search (free) you would have every page you looked at - to puruse whenever.

Now that is valuable info for everyone, thanx LouSharksbaja - 8-12-2005 at 02:02 PM
How can you retrieve without knowing the "tid" numbers?bajalou - 8-12-2005 at 02:05 PM
I keeps a shot of every page you ever look at - you can search for it by anything that happens to be on the page - numbers, words etc. Brings it up as
a image to look at as well as a link to the origin of the page. It does take some memory though -
You could search for "coop groupers" or a thread ID no. In the first instance, you would get all the pages with that term.

mmmm
You need to have quite a bit of free space on the hard drive or server to store all of this data.

jrbaja posted by mike humfreville a year or so ago. Can't seem to find it though, only replies to it. Any good historians/researchers out there?
Something to do with "putting my money where my mouth is" since the hens seem to be in denial, or they have been reborn, or some nonsense.bajalou - 8-12-2005 at 04:05 PM

Thats true - it just sends you to that link - if something has been changed you don't see the origional page - History is links to where you have been
- as it is now. The Google thing keeps copies on YOUR computer, as well as links.
JR - I don't have that feature on this computer - might not have had it on the other one then?

Hope your grate fits your fire place. I prefer the top of a large-25 to fifty galleon can (like my Mexican friends)--Carne Asada and corn tortillas
get done at the same time and what a meal!
Grates are not so great 'cause they allow the meat to fall into the fire.Bruce R Leech - 8-12-2005 at 07:47 PM
sorry I am so pathetic Baja Bernie I feel bad that I make you all put up with me. I'm just not as smart as some of you others here but I do provide a
service in that every one can feel good that they are smarter than at least one other Nomad
Have a nice day
