My family is putting in a bid of $200,000 for a 2 bed/2 bath condo in Playa Blaca. The owner wants $220,000 but we want to give less so we can
refurbish. Wondering if there are any Rosarito furniture companies offering "Nerf Corners" on traditional Mexican furniture.
"Nerf Corners" make regualar furniture look regular, "EXCEPT FOR THE BRIGHT ORANGE CORNERS". Great for:
- Lost Granparents
- Drunk Friends
- Drunk Grandparent
If you have news about Playa Blanca or Nerf furniture, please post.rpleger - 8-24-2005 at 07:49 AM

I think it is the other way around, they take home 'broke', 'drunk senior citizens' back to the old country.Ken Bondy - 8-26-2005 at 04:43 PM
"drunk grandparents" ---- that hit's a little too close to home. I resemble that, ooops, I mean I resent that.

JR,
Playa Blanca is a rusty satellite dished and P.G. (P-nche Gringo) enclave between San Antonio del Mar and Baja Malibu. Tiny but We Will Be Mighty!
Or completely bamboo. Besides, we turn the brown hominy-filled sewage slop into chunky menudo.Sharksbaja - 8-27-2005 at 01:03 AM
Don't you really mean Pta. Blancabriantroy - 8-27-2005 at 02:33 AM
JR said I should look at a leased land. It is called "Casa Chorromismo" and I can pay in peso, dollar, sugar cane or call me.
