If you are signed in, look in the upper right hand corner of the screen... if you have any new incoming messages, there should be a link directly
under the "Last Active" date/time stating how many new incoming messages you have. Simply click on that.
To get to them at any other time, simply go to the main page: http://forums.bajanomad.com
..and if you are signed in, there's a link under the google ads stating "U2U Instant Messenger"... and just click on that.
