You got that right!
I always feel fortunate to be in Mulege on Saturdays.
We have Michoacan Carnitas here in Los Cabos and they are not bad but Antonio does a great job. I think that there is a Michoacon in La Paz too. Great logo with pigs in a huge cauldron smiling...why are they smiling?!?!?!?
I always order mine "sin dedos, por favor"

Judy

See you covered La Paz trying to cut me out of a post, well have a story to tell We were going to have a pig roast and I was looking for a pig. While driving into La Paz there in front of me was a pickup full of butchered but whole pigs maybe 6 or 7 so I follow this pickup into La Paz and then side streets finally comes to a stop at this big building with a sign Michoacan Tacos, o well I went inside and still tried to buy one but they said no, I then asked where they gave me a map of a location behind the airport must of spent 2 hrs driving thru back country ranches asking everyone to no avail. Finally asked a local contractor had one for muy pronto.

There is also a Michoacon in Guerrero Negro - outstanding carnitas! Going in to town on the main drag, on the right hand side just before the Pemex station.
