We are planning to start our Baja adventure in Mexicali and travel to San Filepe. We will be pulling a 25' 5th wheel & wonder what is the best
route to get back to Hwy 1 from there to continue south. I've heard hwy 3 isn't reccommended for trailers. Any comments?

Hwy. 3 is fine, it is wider than Hwy. 1 south of San Quintin... if you were going that far... Only the 20 miles from Ojos Negros to Ensenada are full
of curves coming down the mountain...

That's the only realistic route to consider.
