Isn't the road thru Glacier Park called "hwy to the sun?" Or do you mean central Idaho towards Sun Valley ?
Always heard of 50 being the loneliest hwy, but the one thru central Nevada, thru Ely ,beats that one I think.

"Going to the sun", could also be the I-8 from Calexico towards Yuma at sunrise in February. Damn that's bright and blinding!
