Baja Cactus are you out there???

Or anyone else that could post for me the current price of Gasoline and also the current price of Diesel.

I very nervously await a reply. This may make or break a Winter expedition to Baja Sur from Canada.:(

Cheaper than U.S.

It is $2.88 to $3.05 (more next to I-5 at major brand stations) here (per U.S. gallon) in San Diego North County... And About $2.15 in Baja... Until Antonio gets back online, look at the Sept. 1 prices he posted... the price os raised only a centavo or few each month.

Thanx David

why diesel prices shot up past gasoline in the u.s.???i bought my diesel truck well over a year ago and diesel was at least 20-30 cents cheaper than gas...on the way out to vegas last weekend i saw one place that had it for 2.65 a gallon, thats over 30 cents more than most places are selling regular gas for...whats the deal???

I think the high price of diesel has to do with attempting to make it burn cleaner with not as much particulate matter that it is known for.
But then again it could be BIG OIL sticking it to the little guy;D

EPA mandates have a lot to do with fuel prices - and performance. Look at the MTBE fiasco. Additives that reduce performance with none of the promised benefits as well as creating a world of problems with stations and refineries.

Remember:

You need to factor in theft to arrive at an accurate price. Most all stations rig their pumps.

i tend to go with your second idea...
