Issues, as mentioned in Part I.
We were warned, prior to moving here that the owners of this property have 15 kids. And the owner was up in the years. And when he passes on, the
family being fairly well known in Rosarito (15 kids!) will be doing battle over the property.
We knew about that, we liked the owner, (he appreciates a "Nice Defensa") which my girlfriend has so he liked us too, and we moved in knowing one
day, the mierda will hit the fan.
The youngest son was put in charge of administrating the property, and life went on. Until, the P-nche gringos came from El Monte.
These new guys wanted contracts, gates, fences, leases, HOA's, everything you could think of in spite of the fact that they had also been warned of
the impending battle amongst the family.
Well the young administrator was sort of a yes man and liked to see everyone happy so, gates were put up, leases were made, a HOA was formed, and no
more constant whining from the P-nche gringos and the rent was being paid.
Unfortunately, the taxes on the land weren't so the rest of the family had to step in before the land belonged to someone else.
Then, the war was begun. It was impossible to work the problems out amongst themselves so legal systems were used (prior to any murders) and the
property would be divided up amongst the family.
Now this being Mexico, these things don't happen overnight. Especially with 15 kids and one of the most valuable pieces of property on the planet.
To be continued.
Group all these parts
