The 6 Oct Gringo Gazette has a front page photo of "Beautiful Baja Oceanfront Property" advertising an "investing in Baja oceanfront" convention at
the Rosarito Beach Hotel.
Below are two headlines: "Fraud complaint against Oceana Condos for mishandled Trust funds" and also " Baja Coastline sewage problems"
Seems that would give an investor pause for thought

I've noticed the ads for that convention in the San Diego Union Tribune. They sure are pushing for investors....

a lot more accurate although less entertaining.
If you want a real paper on Baja, you must read Spanish! Can you imagine the nerve!!!

and a couple other papers are very popular with the locals. I asked them about the accuracy of their papers compared to stories in the G.G. and Baja
Times.
By the way, the gg is not a very popular paper amongst the Mexicans, unless it's used properly.:moon:
