Where are you now, George? I flew to Florida a couple of weeks ago and ordered a new Blue Water 2150. I'll be driving back to pick it up in mid-late January. I will probably drive on down to Key West while in Florida to visit a law school buddy who recently retired down there, so will be driving past your Florida digs. Are you going to be around?

First of all, we will keep our casita in the Pueblo...Going to spend more time in the states...do miss my grown kids and especially my grandaughter Sarah. I'm in the Keys now, selling my house here and have already put money down on a lakefront house in central florida. Will do the salt in Ojos and fresh in florida??

Hope to be back in Ojos by middle this month...Bill did you ever receive the photo of my 70 lb grouper??If not I'll get one to you on return...One of these days we'll hook up!

Mike, you're always welcome.....besides you can tell everyone how incredible my beach lot is! Look forward to seeing you...Deborah is there now supervising the construction of an additional room at the casita.

Some big largemouth bass in that lake...so far have heard up to 16 lbs. Also seen 8 lbers in a local "pond"...later

we have a lot of lollygagging to do all around baja sur for a month or so.
big on the list is scouting property for a client on the east cape, and tortugas bahia for loads of langusta with a local/friend who has property there, :bounce:

and at Abreojos, so look for us and we'll do the same.

A beautiful property, and no where to go but up..Deborah and I have our casita in the Pueblo..beach lot no longer necessary...in the process of selling my Keys home, bought a lakefront property south of Orlando, my son lives there...will be chartering out for "hawgs" now!

Really miss our grandchildren! still will spend, at least, 4 months a year in Abreojos...had a 70 lb grouper trolling a rapalla right before I headed up here...Our warmest regards to Virginia Ojos becoming an excellent investment opportunity beside being a very special place to live!

Thought I had a possible Buyer for the Property you listed. I told him to go there first and spend a week or so, if he does that he will contact you one way or the Other.

might be in Loreto early Feb may haul a 27 ft Holiday Rambler there. Deborah selling hers (had an offer)...No need for it any longer.

beautiful condition...we paid 12,500 2 yrs ago and hauled it down from Arizona....Don't expect that kind of money now, but ain't gonna "give it away" either. couple minor glitches..but beautiful shape. Can e photos.

Anybody else interested, make offers...I will haul it as far north as Guierro Negro and as far south as Loreto. Won't last long

Actually the sale will be very easy..

George's corporation owns the property and so George has the deed.
Easy transfer...

George DOES know the proper local people to do a fast, easy transfer of title...even to a trust at the local bank.

When I first started "lurking" on this board, Capt. George was the first one to answer my technical questions. His responses showed more than a casual knowledge; he made it all easy. His answers came on the eve of one of his departures for Baja so I never got to thank him.

Thanks for the support. I try to do my best, sometimes it don't "woik"...

I will be in Ojos, hopefully around the 7/8th January, stuck in Florida with the Flu. As for leaving Ojos entirely, Ralph...NO WAY, we will keep the casita, in fact, adding a room now. Deborah and I will be spending summers there...

Wanted to get more time with grandchildren, just reached 60 and my little grandaughter Sarah is eight....it don't last forever! Selling Keys house and buying a lake house near my son here in Orlando...easier for all the family to get together...

As for the beach property, it's really beautiful but not necessary any longer for us, it should be used by someone who could spend more time there..It really is one of the prettiest, serene locations in Ojos. When visiting there, just ask for el Vikingo y Deborah, directions to wherever we are will be prompt and correct. Come visit....

Bob & Susan, you're words of confidence are to be trusted....all my i's are dotted and t's crossed. I've been reading your posts for a long time....have learned a lot in a very quiet manner...Corporation up to date and running great....good accountant in Mulege keeps us on the up and up...no scamming here..Love Ojos and Baja too much too allow ourselves to be chased away....

I can personally vouch for the condition of the Alfa Gold George bought from my brother couple years ago. Brother is the Master of pickieness. Though it was used when he bought it, it was like new. He was a nonsmoker. Fastidious is a good description of his lifestyle. If George has kept it in the same condition, this is a trailer that will most likely "out last you"!!!!!!!!!!!!!It's a very SOLID built trailer. The refer was rebuilt three years ago from a factory in Washington with national reputation. (we hauled it north to Oregon, shipped it to Wash. & hauled it back to Baja) The layout (floorplan) is excellant. Quality fabrics. Rear bedroom with exit door. George. I can't think of anything else. Just know that whoever looks at this trailer will LOVE IT!!!!!
