I found this one interesting too, by the same author.
He contends that a "bank trust" is a misnomer for a fideicomiso because there is no such thing as this type of "trust" in Mexican law. He refers to
the Fideicomiso as a "contract".
I don't believe that contracts are required to be reported to the IRS, are they...
