The passenger appeared to be asleep.
It was a Loreto Proteccion Civil pickup.

That might be great if it were headed back to Loreto to be distributed among LB workers who must be freezing their (blank's) off right now.
Sure hope so. I'm told they will need about 800 blankets. Might just be that in that total pile.
