I spent one night there with friends 3 years ago. At the time, the pump that supplied water to the little park was broken, and as a result the
bathrooms were closed . The manager, Luke, was apologetic, and offered a discount. We were self-contained, so didn't mind. We paid the full fee and a
donation, since the proceeds go to the school for the deaf just across the highway. The place is quiet and pretty, but there were mosquitoes, as the
area is irrigated. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Coincidentally, my church pastor goes down there monthly to minister to the school, and
our church donates Christmas gifts to the kids and teachers.

We stay at Rancho Sordo Mundo each year in December and May as we drive down and back. It has been very nice (we camp) and secluded and the restrooms
are clean. You can have breakfast across the highway with the kids for a small fee. I suspect mosquitos are a seasonal thing. It is a pretty place
just outside Guadalupe. Usually we are alone. They have hookups for RVs.
