Friends crossed over yesterday from TJ to the US and said TJ was quite flooded in the pouring rain - lots of detours; but they got across the border
in minutes! Also told us there was a large beached and dead whale at La Jolla in Punta Banda. Very sad.

he probably had a very Happy full life and got to die on the beach.
