It's Mexico side.
They had the first 4x4 event in Baja there at the end of last year (called CABA 4x4). They were planing another one this spring or summer. Look for
info on that same site.
Also check out this forum (spanish).

Thanks for the info. I'd like to make Caba 4x4... It looks like an interesting event with lots of nice people...
