Maybe I should have put this in the camping section....

In any case, what is the status of camping between San Jose up to Cabo Pulmo??

Is the land all bought up? Can we still beach camp? If so, where?

Thanks!!

You can still camp in the arroyos. For instance at Shipwrecks. 9 Palms too. There are a lot of new fences but it is still possible. Since the surf is up already expect company.

I like the giant fig tree spot...I forget the KM but it's hard to miss.

That is a good one Bus. I think that that is one of the places where the fences run along the sides of the arroyo which is narrow but the beach is for everyone. Or so they say.

I read somewhere that you should just ignore the fences and go to the beach anyway.

The arroyo at Las Frailes, although you won't be by yourself. There are a lot of Canadians and American fishermen there in trailers and campers. It has a well, but I wouldn't drink the water without boiling or filtering or treating it.

ship wrecks was my favorite spot with the huge arroyo behind the beach. if you stay there tell leoni and ellaina high from steve (el buffalo) and doing good from the bay up north.
