Stephanie...I took that bus trip from Tijauna to Mulege just last summer...July, I think. Was a pleasant trip. The new buses are complete with videos, air cond., bathroom, etc. Great lunch stop at El Rosario, too. Take a soft pillow, if possible. I would also try to sit up front. I wish I had the timetables for you, but don't remember. I do remember it was a very reasonable price..below $100. If I can find my old info I will post here. Bien viaje.
