in the ensenada immigration office there is a sign that states that tourists traveling by land must (now) obtain their tourist visas in tijuana. if they apply in ensenada, there is now a 47 dollar fine!!???:o

Never been to the one in Ensenada and the Tijuana office is usually closed when we cross the border, but recently we've been able to get them at the agricultural inspection/ immigration stop at Guerrero Negro. Stays under 7 days: no fee.
