I'll be driving from L.A. to Los Cabos in May. I plan to stop at the El Rosario Pemex late on day 1 (thanks Antonio!) and drive through the night to

Last week Mulege Pumps on the MEX 1 were open every day...
no lines at the diesel pumps
gas lines were only 2 cars deep and the attendents were working as fast as possible.

A barrel of crude oil just climbed to about $70 a barrel in trading this morning. U.S. pump prices appear to be headed for over $3 gallon gasoline by
July 4th...Today's national average is already around $2.78 per gallon.
It seems Mexico prices will be quite a bit lower...unless they hike, too. How does this affect your road travel plans in the USA versus Baja?
Anybody going to change their routes? Maybe a good time to head back to Baja!
