If I were to buy it, I'd try to bargain it down to 14 million, and then I would spend the 1 million saved on a sound wall. It would have to be at
least as high as the smoke stacks on the 18-wheelers.
It's still a bunch of money. You'd have to have 150 partners each investing $100,000 apiece; then you'd have to split the property into 150 lots. I
