I think Mace has maps on the website....
I also think phase 2 is simular to phase 1.
He does have a big water tank built and water to each lot already in.
Their price for water is 3 cents a gallon

We don't sell realestate....we're keeping it all so we can have a buffer from the neighbors...
Our neighbors are splitting large parcels they purchased....
It's a small land frenzy right now....
