Looking for a parrot

Hi there all, I live in Tijuana and I am a bird owner, I love and spoil my birds, I hand-raised most of them, but I am now looking for a large parrot, in the macaw/c-ckatoo/african grey type size. I don't know how to go about finding a breeder down here. I do want a tame bird (or a bird thats tameable) so I don't mind raiseing a chick or taking in a bird with special needs like sissor beak or splay legs etc. I also don't want to spend an astonomical amount of money. (would most prefer a special needs chick for free....but beggers can't be choosers Any bird in my care will be loved and spoiled rotten. If anyone can help me find a breeder or someone looking to give up there bird down here I'd really appriciate it Thanks!!!!!
