Hi my husband and I are looking to get american satelite TV here in TJ. Does anyone know where we can get it from?

Your question is a little vague. Are you looking to buy a satellite dish and receiver, or just want to know which way to point an existing dish?
If you're looking to buy a satellite set-up, what kind are you looking for?
A portable set? or
A rooftop moble (RV) set? or
A fixed set for home use?
There are 3 U.S. Satellite TV companies that I'm aware of, Dish Network, DirecTV, and Wild Blue. Which are you interested in?
A little more infomation on your needs will probably result in better responses.

how about one that will work on 37' Georgetown w/3 slides & 275 Watts of Solar Power or a 1998 Chevy Cavalier.

It would be for our apt. so I'm not sure which one I would need. I don't care what brand so long as its for american stations. I don't know very
much about satellite so sorry if I have to be vague. I don't know what other info to ask for.

I've got one for each. A roof-top on the RV and a portable for the car. 
btw, I'm replacing the cav with a new taco so I can do a little off-roading.

As to the fixed dish for your apartment in TJ, since I'm an RV'er, I'm not the one to answer that question but I'm sure that someone here can.
