As I headed north yesterday, the soldiers were setting the checkpoint up at P.C.Chinero (Mex 5 and Mex 3) 10am - not stopping traffic yet but putting
the sunshades and traffic diverters out.

Just drove up to Dana Point and back all the military check points were closed. Immigration just waved us through at both G. Negro and Maneadero.
Road was great except at San Ignacio where the road is being repaved.
