Turns out it was not a jet assisted truck but spare parts headed for the Aerocalifornia hangar at the La Paz airport.
Maybe there will be a sixth plane in the air soon?

judging the quality of the crating job I would guess Aerocalifornia bought it from a junkyard

aerocalifornia kitchen @ the airport overpass looks like there is stuff happening there, and 2 weeks ago there were long lines in front of the
aerocalifornia office on the Malecon.
