What is the best way to locate a reasonably priced unfurnished long term rental in one of the neighborhoods in Cabo San Lucas or San Jose del Cabo?
Also, what's the name of the newspaper for locals? (Not the tourist newspaper). Thanks.

There is a give away mag here that would have the low end rentals...by that I mean cheap and probably needing some TLC. The one place that I know
always has it, is Rigo's because they advertise, also Dr. Felipe Martinez, the vet, usually has copies. It is 8x11 folded in half with green type and
is in Spanish.
Larry's advice is the best. Get out and look. There is a place for rent near me but I dont know any details...just saw the sign.

OH get here before Nov before the snow birds start showing up. Now is a great time to look because all the chickens have gone to roost in the north.

Thank you both. Yes, we intend to get over (from another part of Mexico) before the crowds return for sure. Hubby is Mexican and we are coming for
work purposes. Our looking around time will be limited since we don't have much time off work. I thought I would try to find out the name of the
newspaper that may contain some classifieds or where we could place an ad in Spanish, and then hope for the best.
