That is an exceptionally nice photo of a redfooted booby. I have only seen them in the Galapagos and a few at Cocos Island (Costa Rica). Great shot!

I took this photo in October 1999. We were on honeymoon in La Paz and we went out on a dive boat to 'Seal Rock' and swam with seals and manta rays. On
the trip back in this bird flew along side the boat and landed on the bow sprit. It stayed for about a half hour resting and preening. I only had one
shot left on the roll of film and waited until the bird turned toward us to get a profile. The folks working the boat said that it was rare to see the
red-footed variety of this bird. Later this same day we got up close and personal in the water with whale sharks 100 yards from shore off El Mogote!
It was just another great day on the best honeymoon ever!!
