Among golfers in Thursday's 3M Championship pro-am at the TPC of the Twin Cities in Blaine was Jesse Ventura. The former Minnesota governor has
switched his permanent residence to Baja, Mexico, where he said he is devoting himself to becoming a surfer.
The 6-foot-4 Ventura, looking fit at 55, said he has dropped 35 pounds, weighs 240 and plans to lose 20 more pounds. He said his home in Mexico relies
solely on solar power. He was sporting full motorcycle garb, including a sleeveless leather vest, and had his custom-made motorcycle with him. He said
he is not interested in running again for governor.

I saw him in Los Barriles a couple of months ago. Someone had to point him out as he looks very different so thin.
Do you think maybe...

that JV wanted to live somewhere that Garrison Keilor (Prarie Home Companion) was not broadcast?
Ya gotta love (can you understand me while speaking with my tongue in my cheek) American politics and all of the hyperbole around it.... Good job
security for the comedians, I suppose....
