If you're on line, and a regular driver Loreto to Santa Rosalia... or at least occasional driver:

I can't remember how long it takes to drive Loreto to Santa Rosalia (normal driving speeds and time)...

Trying to schedule an appt. in Santa Rosalia next week, with a 7 AM depart time.... Was it a 3 or 4 hour drive??

Thanks amigos.

Loreto to mulege 90 miles

Mulege to Santa Rosalia 45 miles. k

I'm a little late with this, but maybe it is still helpful. Keri is right, 135 miles from Loreto to Santa Rosalia. It can be a pretty slow 135, depending on traffic, etc. I would allow 3 hours for the drive, but it should be easily done in 2 1/2.

i MUST be the slowest driver EVER!!!

50 minutes to Santa Rosalia from Mulege driving 65-70mph

2 hours from Mulege to Loreto....

total 3hours

Bob and Susan,
You have assessed the time and distance accurately: allow 3 hours. You are driving as fast (or slow)as you should in order to be safe. There will always be people passing you.....let them.

Bob and Susan and Toneart, I think I just like that driveso much that it seems to fly by! Loreto to Mulege is really a slow 2 hours, and to make the appointment for sure I would allow 3 1/2 hours, and get breakfast at El Boleo if traffic allowed.

Thanks!

Three hours is about what I was thinking... We drove SR to LTO in June - but we were towing and it was heavy traffic so it seemed to take longer.

We'll allow 3 hours and take our cell phone to call ahead from Mulege.

Thanks friends.

I'm with you Bruce, as I question the "need for speed" on a rural 2 lane road.

How Times change:
One time it took me Two Days!!!
In 1971, after coming off the Ferry from Guyamus{Hwy 1 not Open} Towing a small 18 Ft. Camper with my Mother as a Passenger, had to wait 12 Hours for the Water to subside, then with the Help of a great Group of Mexicanos and their Tractor was pulled{Floated } across those two or Three Barrango's{SP} near the Present Location of the Long Runway off to the Left as you go South.
Be Careful if it is "Raining in them Thar Hills "!!!!
That was the time My Mother caught a 250 lb. Dusky Shark.
thanks to all for "Jogging" my Memories.
