This sounds like plenty of fun. I have a neighbor down the street who is a member of marooongo Valley SAR and 2X a year, he is at this event (and
TDS) in his red CJ-7. This sounds like a great event that benefits the marooongo Valley SAR with all of the work they do in the High desert.

One year some friends went out there during the run...got into some "accident" at night ...and had to be rescued by them....
