This is a pic taken today of what looks to have been the dying tail end of Hurricane John. It was taken in San Felipe around noon. We got about 5
minutes of nice steady rain where I live, with more rain apparently moving into the mountains behind the town as the wind pushed the weather to the
northwest.
After what has happened in BCS, especially the East Cape, Loreto and Mulege, I feel very fortunate indeed that this is all we got. (at least so far,
knock on wood)
