Those were my thoughts exactly Larry. Seems to me that using an ATM there is asking for trouble, considering the goings on there the last few months.

Labor Day weekend we noticed one at the Ensenada booth. There is also when inside the AM/PM at the old Rosarito booth.

I use them a lot. Never had a problem.
