Mexico Fisheries did have an office in the building at 2550 Fifth Ave in San Diego. The phone I have is 619-233-6956. Personal checks and cash are NOT accepted for licenses. Money orders and cashiers checks for the exact amount only.

Ha ha! Now thats funny! What happened to the days when it was a "cash only" world!!?? What?? Like cash is a BAD thing now? hmmm...sounds like an up and up establishment to me....:biggrin: just thought it was funny, sorry.

Sally, it's the typical Mexican government's distrust of their own bureaucracy. Same reason you cant pay for an FMT at the Migra office.
