Mike and I left Rosarito at 7:30am rather than our normal 4:30am. Several of our previous neighbors there said no one is traveling the toll in the wee
hours right now due to the problems.
The road was good , the washouts have been cleared and it is green , green , green. Also a bit more humid than Dana Point.
We are glad to be home.
