Crossed the border northbound today (Friday 10/6) as 12:39 PM --well we didn't cross then, that's the time the traffic came to a screaching halt. We
crossed 56 minutes later. We were thrilled thinking it would be 2 hrs! The traffic, however, through the OC and LA County....it took us ~ 7 hours
from Punta Banda to Monrovia/Arcadia at the Embassy Suites where we are delighted to have hi-speed wireless internet access to the world. Tomorrow,
onward to Sacramento. Then we sort through our storage unit, pack up what needs to go BACK with us and get rid of everything else....crossing the
border that way with a loaded trailer...another post.
