There is a post on one of the Baja fishing websites where a regular contributor on mexfish.com claims to have spoken to Arturo Martinez Esquer, Deputy
Director of Visitor Assistance in Tijuana and Hector Guillermo Rosas Rodea, Delegado Secretaria de Turismo del Estado of Ensenada. Both of them
contend that the persons responsible for the recent shootings and robberies between TJ and Ensenada have been apprehended.
I believe Steve Ross (Bad Dog) had that conversation with them. What I find unbelieveable is that they claim to have caught the perps AND THERE IS
APPARENTLY NO OFFICIAL WORD ABOUT IT. Has anyone living in the area read anything about this supposed capture?
