Pilar2006 - 10-24-2006 at 08:25 AM

Oceanview land for sale south of Punta Colonet. The parcels slope to the west providing a beautiful view of the ocean from all locations on the property. Electric and phone lines are near the property. Good roads from highway 1. Definitely "drive-to" property for 20 million Californians. No snow, no 100+ hot summer days and no hurricanes. Super highway, port, airport and train lines are planned north of the property. Architect, Engineers & Attorneys are available, or select your own. Property qualifies for Title Insurance. Good relations with the local folks. Caretaker already in area. Other North American developments, co-ops and missionary groups are also in the area. Most stores and banks are within 6 miles. The cost is $5.00 per meter or $20,234.29 per acre plus closing costs. Individual purchase or join our group and purchase the land. 10 acres. darrrelln99@aol.com (805) 343-1225 www.bajainvestors.net

If the Mexican Corp, has borrowed money and it goes bankrupt the lending institution can take the property, then you can buy it back!!!!!!!!!!!

A Mexican corporation must have a "real" commercial intent. :O

"Easy to get. Almost impossible to collect."

Had to chuckle at that. I asked my Mex lawyer about the title insurance that's starting to show up in Baja and he said if there's a problem I'd end up spending my money suing the company.
